What reminders and emails does the Team page send, and why didn't I get one?

WorkHub runs a daily check that sends birthday and anniversary notices, certification expiry reminders and a weekly policy reminder. They always appear under the bell icon. Most can also arrive by email, but only if you’ve turned email on.

Steps

To get these by email: 1. Open your profile and go to Notifications. 2. Turn on Email Notifications. 3. Make sure Project Updates is on. Team reminders follow this setting.

Good to know

• Birthdays and work anniversaries: one in-app notice per person on the day, sent to everyone except the person being celebrated. Never by email or push.
• Certification expiry: to the holder and to admins, 30 days before, 7 days before, and on expiry.
• Policies: if you haven’t signed a published policy that requires it, you get a reminder about once a week (or one combined reminder if several are waiting). Admins can also send one any time with Remind outstanding.
• Other Team notifications are sent right away, not daily: new announcements, kudos you receive, newly published or updated policies, new staff surveys, and updates to your suggestions. Admins are also told about new suggestions.
• Email doesn’t arrive? Check that Email Notifications is on, look in your spam folder, and make sure your account and company membership are active.
• Notifications only go to the company you’re a member of. If you belong to several companies, switch companies to see each one’s Team page.
