How do I submit a suggestion, and is it really anonymous?
Use Share a suggestion on Team → Suggestions. If you check Submit anonymously, WorkHub stores no name, user ID or IP address, so not even admins can see who sent it.
Steps
- Click Team in the left menu, then the Suggestions tab.
- Under Share a suggestion, enter a Title (“A short summary of your idea”) and Details (“What would you change, and why?”).
- Check Submit anonymously if you don’t want your name attached.
- Click Submit suggestion. You’ll see “Thanks! Your suggestion was submitted” (or “…submitted anonymously”).
Good to know
- Everyone in the company can see all suggestions, along with their status and any admin response. Non-anonymous suggestions show the author’s name. Anonymous ones show Anonymous.
- For anonymous suggestions, only the date is kept, not the exact time, so it can’t be matched to your activity.
- Because anonymous suggestions aren’t linked to you, you won’t be notified when they’re answered, and they won’t appear under Only mine. Check back on the Suggestions tab.
- For suggestions with your name, you’re notified when an admin changes the status or responds.
- Suggestions can’t be edited or deleted after you submit them.
- Every member can submit suggestions, including read-only (viewer) accounts. Limits: title up to 200 characters, details up to 5000.
