Can I edit or delete a chat message after sending it?

Not at the moment. Chat messages can’t be edited or deleted once they’re sent, even though you may see edit, delete and reaction icons when you hover over a message.

Good to know

• If you made a mistake, send a follow-up message with the correction.
• If a message contains something sensitive that must be removed, contact your company admin or WorkHub support.
• Emoji reactions aren’t available yet either.
• The Bookmark icon in the hover menu does work. See “How do I bookmark a message or link in a channel?”
