What does the green dot (Online / Offline) next to someone's name mean?

A green dot means the person has used WorkHub in the last 15 minutes. A gray dot means they haven’t, so they show as Offline.

Good to know

• Your status updates while you have WorkHub open. The chat page checks in about once a minute.
• “Online” doesn’t mean the person is reading your conversation. It only means they were recently active somewhere in WorkHub.
• The dot is shown for one-on-one conversations, in the chat header and in the sidebar. Group chats and channels don’t show it.
• There’s no way to set yourself to “Away” or appear offline.
