How do I set up our company's core values for kudos?

Company admins add core values at the bottom of Team → Kudos & celebrations. Members can then tag their kudos with one of them.

Steps

1. Go to Team → Kudos & celebrations.
2. Scroll to the Core values section (“Up to 10 short values people can tag their kudos with”).
3. Type a value in each Core value box. Click + Add value for another, or the x to remove one.
4. Click Save values.

Good to know

• Only company admins see this section.
• You can have up to 10 values, each up to 50 characters. Duplicates (ignoring capitalization) are dropped automatically.
• Tagging a value is optional when someone sends kudos.
• Removing or renaming a value doesn’t change kudos that were already sent with the old value.
