What is the Team page, and what can I do there?

Team in the left menu is your company’s internal hub for announcements, recognition, policies and feedback. It has six tabs that every member can open.

Good to know

• Announcements: company news from admins (some with a poll), plus polls started by team members.
• Kudos & celebrations: thank a coworker, see this month’s kudos leaderboard, upcoming birthdays and work anniversaries, and set your own birthday.
• Policies: read company policies and procedures and confirm you’ve read them.
• Certifications: keep track of your licenses and certifications and get reminders before they expire.
• Suggestions: share ideas, anonymously if you like, and see how admins respond.
• Surveys: answer staff surveys from your company.
• What you can do depends on your role. Admins can post announcements, manage policies, see read receipts and survey results, and set hire dates and core values. Read-only (viewer) accounts can read everything, acknowledge policies, submit suggestions, answer surveys and save their own birthday, but can’t vote in polls, send kudos or add certifications.
• Everything on the Team page belongs to the company you’re currently working in.
