Why does a form say "Form is Currently Inactive"?

The form’s owner has switched it off, so it isn’t accepting submissions right now. A “Form Not Found” message means the link is wrong or the form no longer exists.

Steps

1. If you’re a customer, contact the company another way, for example by emailing their support address. That also opens a ticket.
2. If you manage the form, open it from the project’s Forms tab and click the button showing “Inactive” so it reads “Active”.

Good to know

• The message “This form is not configured correctly. Please contact the form owner.” means the form’s project has no task list for new tickets to go into. The form owner needs to add a task list to the project or choose a target list for the form.
