How do I embed a form on my website or share its link?

In the form editor, click “Embed” to copy a ready-made embed code, or click “Open Form” to get the public link.

Steps

1. Open the form from the project’s “Forms” tab.
2. To share a link, click “Open Form” and copy the address from the new tab. It ends in /submit/ followed by the form’s ID.
3. To embed it, click “Embed”.
4. Optionally pick a “Background Color” so the frame matches your site.
5. Click “Copy Embed Code” and paste it into your website’s HTML.

Good to know

• The embed is a frame 600 pixels tall at full width. You can change the height in the code if your form is longer.
• The form must be Active. Otherwise visitors see “Form is Currently Inactive”.
• Changes you save in the editor show up on the embedded form automatically.
