Why does the ticket page say "No ticket found"?

The email address and ticket ID you entered don’t match the same ticket. Both must belong to the ticket exactly as it was created.

Steps

  1. Copy the ticket ID straight from your confirmation email. It is the 8-character code after “ticket#”, made of letters and numbers.
  2. Use the same email address that sent the original email or was typed into the web form, not a different address you also own.
  3. Try again on the Check Ticket Status page.

Good to know

  • Error messages you might see:
    • “No ticket found matching that email and ticket ID.” The pair doesn’t match.
    • “The email address does not match this ticket.” You opened a ticket link, but the email you typed is different from the one on the ticket.
    • “Ticket Not Found… does not exist or is not a public submission.” The ticket ID doesn’t exist, or the ticket was created inside the company rather than by email or web form.
  • If you wrote in from a work address that forwards from another address, the ticket is under the address the mail actually came from.
  • Still stuck? Reply to your confirmation email and ask the team to confirm your ticket ID.
