How many users can I have, and do extra users cost more?

There’s no limit. Every WorkHub subscription includes unlimited users at one flat price, so adding people never changes your bill.

Good to know

• User Management shows Total Seats as “/ unlimited available”, plus counts of Active Users and Pending Invites.
• Disabled and pending users don’t cost anything either.
• If you use Agent Access, the agent appears as a user (Editor) in your list. It doesn’t cost anything extra.
