Can I get a refund?

WorkHub payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or for switching plans or canceling partway through a month or year, except where the law requires it.

Good to know

• If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• If you cancel during the free trial, you’re never charged.
• If you think you’ve been charged by mistake, email hello@workhubsuite.com and the team will look into it.
• Refunds can’t be requested from inside WorkHub.
