How do I see who changed what? (Audit Logs)

Admins can review a history of changes in Settings → Audit Logs. It shows who did what, when, and from which IP address.

Steps

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar, then Audit Logs (under Security).
  2. Narrow the list with:
    • Search (“Filter by keyword…”), which matches the action or type, for example “role” or “password”.
    • User, to see one person’s actions.
    • Entity Type: User, Project or Task.
  3. Click the ⓘ icon on a row to open Log Details: timestamp, user, action, what was changed, IP address, browser, and the old and new values.
  4. Use Previous and Next to page through. Each page shows 25 entries, newest first.

Good to know

  • Examples of what’s recorded: task changes, invites, role and status changes, admin password resets, password reset requests, Company Settings saves, data exports and imports, agent connections, and subscription events such as payments, cancellations and plan changes.
  • The log only covers the company you’re working in.
  • Entries can’t be edited or deleted, and there’s no export button for the log.
  • Changes made by a connected agent appear under the agent user’s name.
