How do I turn off Agent Access or disconnect an agent?

To stop all agents at once, click Turn off in Settings → Agent Access. To remove one connection, click Disconnect next to it under Connected agents. Both take effect immediately.

Steps

Stop every agent (kill switch) 1. Go to Settings → Agent Access. 2. Under Status, click Turn off. You’ll see “Agent access is off. Agents can no longer do anything in WorkHub.” 3. To allow agents again, click Turn on. Existing connections start working again.

Disconnect one connection 1. Go to Settings → Agent Access → Connected agents. 2. Find the row (App, Approved by, Connected, Last used) and click Disconnect. 3. Confirm “Disconnect this agent?”. You’ll see “Connection disconnected.” That app has to be approved again to reconnect.

Good to know

  • Turning access off doesn’t delete anything: connections, settings, instructions and knowledge base stay as they are.
  • A connection also stops working if the admin who approved it is no longer an Admin, and when it goes unused for 90 days.
  • Turning access on, turning it off, and disconnecting are all recorded in the Audit Logs.
