How do I sign up for WorkHub for my company?

Sign up at platform.workhubsuite.com by clicking Start free trial. You’ll create your account and company, choose monthly or yearly billing and add a card. The card is checked but not charged until your 14-day trial ends.

Steps

1. Go to platform.workhubsuite.com/signup.
2. Under Your company, enter your Company name, First name, Last name, Work email and a Password (at least 10 characters). Then type the password again in Confirm password.
3. Under Your plan, choose Monthly ($149/month) or Yearly ($1,490/year). The summary shows $0.00 due today and the date of your first charge.
4. Under Payment details, enter the Name on card, your card details and your Billing ZIP code.
5. Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
6. Click Start free trial.
7. You’re taken to the WorkHub sign-in page (“Your workspace is ready.”). Sign in with the email and password you just chose.

Good to know

• You become the company’s first Admin. Your workspace comes with a starter project called Support with an Inbox list.
• You’ll get a “Welcome to WorkHub” email with your trial end date and the amount that will be charged.
• Card details go straight to the payment processor. WorkHub never sees or stores your card number.
• If you see “We’re launching soon”, sign-ups aren’t open yet. Email hello@workhubsuite.com for early access.
• If you see “That email already has a WorkHub account”, see “How do I add another company to my existing WorkHub account?”
• Each network can create up to 5 sign-ups a day. After that you’ll see “Too many signups from this network today.”
• Next steps: connect your support inbox in Settings → Company Settings, then invite your team.
