How do I change the email address that gets our WorkHub billing emails?

You can’t change it yourself in WorkHub at the moment. Receipts and payment notices go to the email used at sign-up. To change it, email hello@workhubsuite.com from an admin account.

Good to know

• The billing email receives receipts, payment failure notices, “workspace is paused” notices and card-update links.
• Don’t confuse it with Billing notifications go to in Company Settings. That address is for invoices you send to your own clients, not for your WorkHub subscription.
