How does the free trial work?

Every new workspace gets 14 days free with every feature turned on. Your card is saved when you sign up, but it’s only charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel first.

Good to know

• The first charge date is shown on the sign-up page, in your welcome email, and in Settings → Billing (for example “Free trial · first charge March 3, 2027”).
• On that date, WorkHub charges the plan you chose ($149 monthly or $1,490 yearly) to your saved card and emails you a receipt.
• WorkHub doesn’t send a separate reminder before the trial ends, so make a note of the date.
• To avoid being charged, click Cancel subscription in Settings → Billing before the trial ends. Your workspace is then paused when the trial ends, and you aren’t charged.
• You can change between Monthly and Yearly during the trial. The plan selected when the trial ends is the one that gets charged.
• If the first charge fails, you’ll get an email with a link to update your card. See “My payment failed. What happens now?”
