How do I schedule tasks on my calendar with Reclaim.ai?
Add the tag reclaim to a task that’s assigned to you and give it a time estimate and due date. WorkHub sends it to Reclaim.ai, which books time for it on your calendar. Right now this only works for the one WorkHub account that is connected to Reclaim.ai on the server.
Steps
- Click your name at the bottom of the left sidebar to open your profile, and scroll to Reclaim.ai Scheduling.
- Check the status card. Reclaim.ai Connected shows which account is linked. Reclaim.ai Not Connected means scheduling isn’t set up.
- Open a task that’s assigned to the connected account.
- Add the tag reclaim (under Tags, click + and type
reclaim). - Set a Time Estimate, and a Start Date and Due Date.
- Wait for the next automatic sync (it runs every few minutes), or, if you’re the connected account, click Sync now on your profile.
Good to know
- Reclaim.ai finds time before the due date, splits large tasks into several calendar blocks, and reschedules unfinished blocks automatically.
- Time tracked in Reclaim.ai is added to the task’s time logs in WorkHub.
- Marking the task complete in Reclaim.ai marks it Completed in WorkHub.
- Task priority carries over: Urgent becomes P1, High P2, Normal P3, Low P4.
- To take a task off your calendar, remove the reclaim tag.
- Tasks with no time estimate, or whose estimate is already fully logged, aren’t given calendar time.
- Sync now works only for the connected account or a platform administrator. Others see “Not permitted”.
- The Last Sync card shows when the last sync ran, how many tasks were synced, completions, time logs and any errors.
- Personal tasks are assigned to you automatically, so the tag works on them too.
