What do the numbers on the project Dashboard mean?
The project’s Dashboard tab sums up the project: who leads it, how many tasks are done and left, how many files it has, recent work and the team.
Good to know
- Project Lead: the person in charge of the project, with their job title.
- Tasks Done: the number of Completed and Archived tasks. The ring shows the percentage of all tasks that are done. The line underneath compares tasks finished in the last 7 days with the 7 days before (for example “+50% this week” or “No change this week”).
- Tasks To Do: tasks that aren’t Completed or Archived (“Tasks remaining”). The small bar chart shows how many tasks were finished on each of the last 7 days.
- Documents: the number of files and links in the project, including task attachments. Click the card to open the Files tab.
- Recent Activity: the 10 most recently updated open tasks, with assignees, due date and status. Click View All Tasks to go to List View.
- Project Team: the project’s members (the lead is shown separately) plus anyone assigned to a task in the project. A green dot means the person was active in WorkHub in the last 15 minutes.
- Sub-tasks count as tasks in these numbers.
