I didn't get the password reset email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first, then make sure you typed the exact email address your WorkHub account uses. WorkHub only sends a reset email to active accounts, and only one every 10 minutes.
Steps
- Search your inbox, spam and junk folders for Reset your WorkHub password. It’s sent under your company’s name.
- Wait a few minutes. Some mail systems hold messages briefly.
- If it still hasn’t arrived after 10 minutes, go back to the sign-in page, click Forgot password? and request a new link. Double-check the spelling of your email address.
- If nothing arrives, contact your company’s WorkHub admin.
Good to know
- WorkHub always says “If that address has an account, a reset link is on its way”, even when the address isn’t registered. That message doesn’t confirm an email was sent.
- No email is sent if:
- the address doesn’t match a WorkHub account
- the account is still pending (you were invited but never activated) or has been disabled
- you already requested a link in the last 10 minutes
- Your admin can set a new password for you from Settings > User Management (Reset PW), as long as you belong only to their company.
