Will I get push notifications on my phone when WorkHub is closed?

Not at the moment. WorkHub may ask for notification permission on your phone, but alerts don’t yet arrive on your lock screen while the app is closed. Notifications show up while WorkHub or WorkApp is open, and by email if you turn that on.

Good to know

• With WorkHub or WorkApp open on your phone and notifications allowed, new notifications can pop up while you’re using it.
• To be alerted when you’re away from WorkHub, turn on Email Notifications in Personal Settings > Notifications. Then make sure your phone’s mail app notifies you.
• Keep the Push Notifications switch on anyway. It also keeps your in-app bell working.
