Can I change the email address I sign in with?

Not yourself. Personal Settings doesn’t have a field for your email address, and company admins can’t change it from User Management either.

Good to know

• Workaround: ask your admin to invite your new email address. That creates a new account, so tasks, assignments and history stay with the old account. Your admin can disable the old account once you’ve moved over.
• If you’ve lost access to the old mailbox but still know your password, you can keep signing in with the old address. You just won’t be able to receive reset or notification emails.
