How long do I stay signed in? Why was I signed out?

You stay signed in on each browser for up to 90 days. There’s no inactivity timeout, so you aren’t signed out for being idle.

Good to know

• You’ll be signed out sooner if:
  • you click Logout (or Sign out in WorkApp) on that browser
  • you reset your password with Forgot password?, which signs you out everywhere
  • an admin disables your access to the company you were working in
  • your account is disabled
  • your company’s workspace is paused
  • you clear your browser’s cookies, or use a private/incognito window and close it
• Each browser and device has its own sign-in. The full WorkHub site and the WorkApp mobile site also sign in separately.
• After 90 days, just sign in again.
